Life Labs for Spring2025

2025: A Year of Being You

Remembering, Refreshing, Renewing

We humans have been on a wild ride since 2020, with many of us making changes or having flashes of insight that it is time to make them. For many of us, it has been hard to slow down for long enough, to quiten our busy minds, to ‘re-calibrate our inner compass’.

This Life Lab will be a regular space to slow down, settle into yourself, your deep knowing, and a meaningful connection with other women with whom you will journey through 2025. It will be a unique blend of a women’s circle and a coaching group.

While individual coaching and therapy are great places to do this work, there is a growing body of evidence about the importance of meaninfgul connection with others. Social connection positively influences our health and wellbeing. Among other things, it has been evidenced to decrease depressive symptoms, reduces risk of cardiovascular disease, mitigate symptoms of PTSD and improve overall mental health.*

This Life Lab will harness the positive impacts of being meaningfully connected with other women who are also seeking structured opportunities throughout 2025 to refresh their sense of themselves and how they are living their lives.

From a range of perspectives, and through different ‘lenses’, we will explore the question “Who am I now, and how can I use my time and energy, live my life, in ways that truly reflect this?”

This Life-Lab will be a structured journey from spring through to the end of 2025, integrating things I have learned through more than twenty years as a coach including my more recent studies in neuroscience, somatic coaching and systemic constellations.

The group will begin meeting on Sunday 23 March, 4-7 pm GMT, the beginning of spring. This first meeting will include attending the Spring Equinox workshop with a larger group of women, and then spending ninety minutes beginning our programme.

We will then meet for ninety minutes on the last Sunday of each month through December 21st, when we will join our meeting on to the winter solstice workshop for a final, three-hour session. Our regular meeting times will be Sundays 5:30-7 pm GMT/6:30-8 European/12:30-2 EST.

Each month you will receive a set of themed resources to read, watch, listen to and reflect on. This will include a video from me midway through the month.

The full programme includes 10 x 90 minute virtual meetings with accompanying resources and videos from me, as well as a 1:1 coaching session with me at a point in the year of your choosing.

The cost of the programme is £480. I am happy to agree staged payments, if that makes it feel more possible for you to join.

If you have any questions, or would like to note your interest in joining the group, please email me using the link at the bottom of this page. We can arrange to speak if that is useful.

Moving into a new decade: 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s+

This Life Lab is an opportunity for women who have recently/soon will enter a new decade to take some focused time to imagine into her next decade ahead, with other women who are also at this point of transition. As well as imagining into the decade ahead, we will take time to reflect on the decade you are leaving, so that you can bring the best of what it has offered into this next one and get clear about what you are leaving behind.

We will meet three times, for ninety minutes of structured reflection and conversation around the years that have shaped us for thus far, and our hopes and intentions for this new decade of your ‘wild and precious life’ (Mary Oliver).

Accompanying resources to read, watch and listen to will be included in this Life Lab.

We will meet online on Sundays 13 and 27 April and 18 May, 4-5:30pm GMT/5-6:30 European/11:00-12:30 EST

The cost for this Life Lab is £80. I am happy to discuss staged payments if that makes it feel more possible for you to join.

If you have any questions or would like to note your interest in joining this Life Lab, please contact me using the email link at the bottom of this page.

Women Living with Neurological Conditions

This is an informal, supportive and open (all are welcome) opportunity for women who are living with any neurological condition such as MS, Parkinsons, FND, MND, etc. to meet others.

In our meetings we share questions and suggestions - things that we find helpful, things we want to understand more about. It is a rare opportunity to speak with other women about life and what makes it easier and enables us to live it most fully. There is usually laughter, and sometimes a few tears...always in a safe and welcoming virtual space.

Please feel free to email me ahead if you have any questions or wish further information ahead of registering.

The next meeting of this group is on Saturday, 26 April 2025 11:00-12:30 pm GMT, online.

Curious?

Being curious is always a good place to start.

I believe that when we are thinking something is impossible, it is only because we can’t imagine how it will be possible. We have to begin by taking a first step and can trust that the next step will then reveal itself.

Then the next one…and the next one…

I offer an initial half-hour call for free, to make taking a first step a little easier.
