Life Labs for Autumn 2025

Moving into a new decade: 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s+

This Life Lab is an opportunity for women who have recently/soon will enter a new decade to take some focused time to imagine into her next decade ahead, with other women who are also at this point of transition. As well as imagining into the decade ahead, we will take time to reflect on the decade you are leaving, so that you can bring the best of what it has offered into this next one and get clear about what you are leaving behind.

We will meet for 2 hours (with a comfort break in that time) for structured reflection and conversation around the years that have shaped us for thus far, and our hopes and intentions for this new decade of your ‘wild and precious life’ (Mary Oliver).

You can expect to do work mostly on your own (guided exercises), with opportunities for conversations in pairs and triads, as well as in the wider group.

This Life Lab will be on 1 November 10-12:00, and costs £30

If you have any questions or would like to note your interest in joining this Life Lab, please contact me using the email link at the bottom of this page.

Women Living with Neurological Conditions

This is an informal, supportive and open (all are welcome) opportunity for women who are living with any neurological condition such as MS, Parkinsons, FND, MND, etc. to meet others.

In our meetings we share questions and suggestions - things that we find helpful, things we want to understand more about. It is a rare opportunity to speak with other women about life and what makes it easier and enables us to live it most fully. There is usually laughter, and sometimes a few tears...always in a safe and welcoming virtual space.

Please feel free to email me ahead if you have any questions or wish further information ahead of registering.

The next meeting of this group is on Saturday, 25 October 11:00-12:30 pm GMT, online.

Curious?

Being curious is always a good place to start.

I believe that when we are thinking something is impossible, it is only because we can’t imagine how it will be possible. We have to begin by taking a first step and can trust that the next step will then reveal itself.

Then the next one…and the next one…

I offer an initial half-hour call for free, to make taking a first step a little easier.
